My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right by the railroad and close to the main downtown area and the shops of Biltmore Village. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, with a large refrigerator which was a plus. The service was top-notch with convenient amenities like dry cleaning and laundry services. However, the dining experience could use some improvement as the food served was satisfactory but not outstanding.
